CANCELLATION POLICY
Welcome to Master Movers. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer a fair and transparent cancellation policy. The following terms apply to all bookings made with us, including removals, transport, packing, piano moves, and specialist services.
You may cancel your booking at any time. Cancellation charges apply depending on how far in advance the cancellation is made:
A. Free Cancellation
Cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid any charges.
B. 30% Charge
Cancel within 48 to 24 hours of the scheduled start time:
30% of the total booking cost will be charged.
C. 50% Charge
Cancel within 24 to 12 hours of the scheduled start time:
50% of the total booking cost will be charged.
D. Full Charge
Cancel less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time:
100% of the total booking cost will be charged.
2. How to Cancel
You can cancel your booking using any of the following methods:

3. Rescheduling
Bookings may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 30% fee.

Please note that the following are not included in standard quotes and may apply separately:

5. Service Refusal & Safety
We reserve the right to refuse service if the property or working environment is deemed unsafe for our team.
If unsafe conditions are not disclosed in advance and the job cannot proceed, a charge of 50% of the total booking value may apply.
6. Service Disruption
In rare cases of accident, breakdown, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances affecting the assigned team, Master Movers reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the booking. Customers will be notified as soon as possible.
