I was looking online for a removal company to carry out my house removals job from Battersea Power Station to Kensington and as everyone knows the building design is extremely complicated! The route between loading the items from our apartment to the loading bay for the van was over a 5-6 minute journey including loads of walking. Regardless, the house movers team that were sent were extremely professional and didn’t complain at all whilst reassuring us that we didn’t have to lift a finger. I had booked the job for an 8 hour move but it ended up going overtime and being a 13 hour move and I found no problem with extending hours. The admin team during the whole process were very reassuring and transparent about the quotation I was given and honestly their pricing is very honest and transparent. For those looking to move houses or apartments within in London I would recommend these house movers! Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. I initially called Muhanned crying due to being treated poorly by a different delivery company who had left a huge sofa in the communal hallway of my building and hadn’t helped me move it or get it out and he came to me early the next day to remove it for me and take it to the destination I needed it to go to. He got me out of an awful situation and did it graciously and with kindness. Great communication, highly professional and provides same day service.
