Your booking is confirmed once:

  • Availability has been approved, and

  • Your deposit payment has been successfully completed

You will then receive confirmation by email or phone.

Yes. To secure your booking, we require a 30% deposit.

The remaining balance is paid on the day of your service.

  • The hourly rate

  • The size of the vehicle

  • Access conditions (stairs, parking, etc.)

  • Travel distance beyond the included mileage

Yes. All hourly services are subject to a minimum 2-hour charge, regardless of job duration.

Yes. Your booking includes travel up to 10 miles.

After the first 10 miles, an additional charge of:

  • £1.50 per mile

will apply for any extra distance travelled.

If lifts are unavailable or access requires stair carrying, a fee of:

  • £15 per flight of stairs

may apply. This helps cover the additional time and labour required.

You may cancel your booking at any time. Cancellation charges apply depending on how far in advance you cancel:

  • Free Cancellation – Cancel at least 72 hours before your booking

  • 30% Charge – Cancel within 48 to 24 hours

  • 50% Charge – Cancel within 24 to 12 hours

  • Full Charge – Cancel less than 12 hours before the start time

Yes. You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 30% fee.

If your service is booked hourly, the total cost will depend on the time taken.

Our team works efficiently, but we always prioritise safety and careful handling.

Where possible, customers should provide suitable parking or loading access close to the property.

Any paid parking fees or restricted access charges may be added separately.
