For carrying items up or down stairs without lift access, the following additional fee will incur:
- Per Flight Of Stairs: £15.00
Mileage
We include up to 10 miles of travel during a move in our standard rates. Any distance beyond this, the following additional fee will incur:
- Per Additional Mile: £1.50

Yes. There is an extra charge of £15 per flight of stairs per instance where our movers need to carry items up or down.
How is mileage or travel distance handled?
Our standard rate includes up to 10 miles of travel. After 10 miles, an additional charge of £1.50 per mile applies.
What does the quoted rate include and exclude?
The quoted price includes a full removal service: labor, loading, unloading, and transport.
It excludes packing/unpacking services and parking permits. Parking arrangements and permits must be arranged with your local council.
Is a site survey required to get an accurate quote?
If you are local to us, we can provide an in-person quote. Otherwise, we offer video or phone quotes for your convenience.
Do you offer binding estimates or open-ended quotes?
We charge per hour to ensure you only pay for the time used. This avoids overcharging customers for extra time that isn’t needed.
Are there minimum booking durations or charges?
Yes. There is a minimum booking charge of two hours for all moves.
Can I amend my moving quote if my plans change (add/remove items)?
Yes, you can amend your booking. Simply let us know in advance so we can adjust the details and update your quote if needed.
Do you charge for parking permits or restricted access zones?
We do not arrange parking permits. These must be organised by you directly with your council.
When do I need to book to secure my move date?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during busier months, to guarantee your moving slot.
How do I pay and when is payment due?
We accept card, bank transfer, Apple Pay, or cash. Payment can be made on the day of the move or booked online in advance.
